Galaxia (Cat)
Galaxia arrived at the Palmetto Animal League last October alongside her mother. She is a sweet and gentle 2-year-old cat who blossoms with affection once she feels safe and trusts you. While Galaxia and her mother don’t need to be adopted together, finding a home for both would be wonderful! Galaxia is already spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

Cassie (Dog)
Cassie is a calm and affectionate hound mix who might take a little time to warm up to new people. However, once she does, she becomes an incredibly loyal and loving companion. Bella is a giant love bug, both in her Halloween costume and in everyday life! At just 6 months old, she already weighs 70 pounds and believes she’s a lapdog. Palmetto Animal League rescued Bella from a shelter facing overcrowding, promising her a safe future. Although someone poorly cropped her ears, leaving physical scars, her spirit remains unbroken. Bella is the calm, loyal, and loving gentle giant she was always meant to be. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Sandi (Cat)
Sandi was found on a beach before coming to the Palmetto Animal League. This sweet, low-drama senior cat is always looking for ways to connect with people. Smiley (Cat)
Smiley was born with a front leg deformity that hindered his mobility. After consultation, Palmetto Animal League veterinarians determined that amputating the burdensome leg would offer this 2-year-old boy an excellent quality of life. Now thriving on three legs, Smiley is doing incredibly well post-surgery and remains as sweet and snuggly as ever! Tally (Dog)
Tally is a sweet, gentle, and loving 6-year-old girl rescued by Palmetto Animal League from a shelter that euthanizes due to overcrowding. She adores people and desires to be as close to her humans as possible. Tally walks wonderfully on a leash and gets along well with other dogs! Lionel is a large, handsome, 70-pound dog who absolutely loves to snuggle! He is affectionate, sweet, and playful. This 5-year-old enjoys playing with toys in the yard but is equally content taking a nap beside you. Lionel is known to be very gentle and kind with other animals, and reports suggest he is great with children too!

Flower is one of Palmetto Animal League’s long-term residents, patiently waiting in the “Whiskers in Waiting” program. Every day, she hopes someone will choose her. Flower is a lovely 3-year-old cat who enjoys basking in the sun from a comfortable window seat. With her sophisticated coloring and unique markings, she’s sure to capture the right person’s heart eventually!
